Your are encouraged to park in the XC Ski
HQ lot and enjoy the trails
and throughout the Spring and Summer
at no charge. The trails are just
beautiful for Nordic Ski Walking, Hiking,
Biking, Running, Walking and CAT Skiing.
The Trailhead sign stands but the rest of
the directional signage is only up in the
winter. Some of the Wild Turkey Trail
crosses private property so please be
courteous.

Country in the Summer - You will
really like the North Country on
the X-C Ski trails in the Winter!
Speaking of Winter.
Yes, we have over ten miles of Ginzu
groomed trails, from flat to hilly with
molded track set and corduroy
skating lanes. You will also find one the
most extensive X-C Ski Stores in the USA
with 14 different models of the latest
no-wax skis, 6 different models of waxable
skis and 21 different models of racing
skis (skating & classic); plus 6
different models of no wax adventure skis
to use on icy skied in tracks or to back
country ski on.
In our Stone Turtle Day Lodge, with huge
stone fire place, skiers can enjoy gourmet
soups, hot Panini sandwiches, famous
homemade chili, muffins, cookies and even
pizza. Our restrooms are warm and
comfortable. After lunch, try out or rent
any number of our 29 different models
of skis or 7 models of snowshoes.
You may also demo the latest models of
poles, boots and bindings. We are the
Cross Country Ski Experts!

Tri-Cities and 2 1/2 from Lansing &
Greater Detroit.
I-75 exit 239 then jog S. 1 block
(M-18) to Robinson Lake Road (also County
Rd. 103), West (right) on 103, 3 miles to
blinker, North (right) at blinker on N Cut
Rd (also County Rd 100) 1/2 mile.
From US-27, Exit Higgins Lake Road
(first exit after Houghton Lake / M-55)
