We want you to love your new cross country ski equipment and/or clothing. Most of our customers are thrilled with their purchases, which we hand select and put together in our brick-and-mortar store; however, sometimes an exchange is required (i.e. the boots don’t fit). We are pleased to offer free exchanges, requesting only that customers pay for the shipping back to us (we’ll cover the shipping of the exchange product back to customers).
On the rare occasion when a customer is dissatisfied entirely with a ski package or clothing purchase, we will gladly take it back and offer a full refund. All returned items must be sent back within 14 days of receipt with tags attached and with no visible use, or they are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any visible use will be deducted from the retail value upon management’s discretion. Shipping on returns is at the customer’s expense.
