Cross Country Ski Report – Monday, November 11th

While numerous skiers enjoyed the early season conditions over the weekend, the trails did take a hit yesterday with the slightly warm temps. Rock skiing is still possible, but there are plenty of bare, thin, and oak leaf covered spots to watch for. As of today, we received a light skim of fresh snow, and temps are cooling rapidly. Snow and cold are in the forecast for the next three consecutive days. We are planning to begin making snow on the practice area this afternoon, with the hopes of establishing a strong base for demos, lessons, and agility training with “A” skis in the next few days. Stay tuned!
