Winter Trails Day Lesson

Cross Country Ski Report – Sunday, Jan 6th

The trails are holding up despite taking a hit in some spots from the bright sunshine the last two days. Groomer Mike will snow comb all the trails this morning. The best conditions can be found on the Rolling Hills, Trappers Cabin, Mackinaw Cut, and Wild Turkey – these are the recommended trails for today, though you should still watch for occasional ice and thin spots. The thinnest spots are on Tall Pines, Adventure, and a couple stretches on Manitou (power lines), which we will be snow doctoring this morning. There is snow in the forecast tomorrow!
